The BALSA Learning Series

As part of the $1,500 BALSA Grant award, the BALSA Foundation is excited to offer our 10-Week Learning Series, a transformative experience designed to equip first-time entrepreneurs with essential business skills and a powerful new network of industry experts and peers. This comprehensive training program not only introduces you to the St. Louis business ecosystem but also connects you with a cohort of fellow entrepreneurs who are on the same journey. Together, you'll build a strong support system, collaborate, and grow as a collective.

Over the course of the series, you’ll gain practical knowledge through hands-on sessions with regional experts. These industry leaders will guide you through everything from business strategy and marketing to financial management and scaling your business.

The true value of this program comes from the strength of the collective cohort. By joining the series, you’ll be part of a network of like-minded entrepreneurs who will become your accountability partners. You’ll have the opportunity to share challenges, celebrate successes, and learn from each other, fostering a sense of camaraderie that will extend beyond the sessions.

The series will take place every Thursday evening from 6-8 pm, and we ask that all BALSA Grant winners commit to attending at least 80% of the sessions to maximize this opportunity.

If you're ready to take your business to the next level, the BALSA Foundation’s 10-Week Learning Series offers the tools, knowledge, and collaborative network you need to succeed in today’s competitive landscape.

The schedule below is an example recent Learning Series. Please note, the presenters and topics may vary.
